REVIEW: Wild Ride by Chantal Fernando

My first thoughts are that WILD RIDE was TOO short! I didn't realize it was a novella going in. Just as the story started to take off it was over! (banging my head on the table)

I loved seeing my old friends from the Wind Dragon's and I was excited about reading Talon's story but there are so many questions that didn't get answered in the short time I spent with  them today.

We get snippets of story lines but no details.

What's happening with Talon's club?

Who killed Zip and why?

Why does Shayla need to be protected?

Why do we not get much information on Talon's club or get to know his brothers?

Having said all that, I love the Wind Dragon's MC and I am desperately waiting to read her next book. Did Chantal do this on purpose? Did she deliberately give just enough information to draw me in only to leave me hanging? I think this woman is a genius!

Talon has it bad for Tia but won't do anything about it because he knows there are problems at his club but he just can't deny what he feels and Tia pushing him to go for it didn't help. And Tia, man I love that woman. Strong and self reliant, a woman who knows what she wants and goes for it. She doesn't put up with others crap and stands tall. Their relationship was fast and hot! And that kitchen table scene, I couldn't stop laughing. I am not sure if it was meant to be that funny but I couldn't help it.

I'm not big on novellas but this was a good one and I am anxiously waiting for some answers.
