REVIEW: Filthy English by ILSA Madden-Mills
Jilted weeks before her wedding.
Out thousands of dollars.
Remi goes on her honeymoon to London with her best friend Lulu. While in London Remi runs into a former 3 night stand from her freshman year, Dax. He saves her during a attack while at a night club and from there they go an a wild adventure of drinking, sex and tattoos.
Then, Remi's former fiance shows back up.
Once both are back in the States, they are once again thrown together when she up against a wall in trying to find a place to live. In steps Dax.
Both are in emotional turmoil as they come to terms with how they feel about each other. As they battle their feelings they are both put through the ringer with doubts and insecurities.
And to top it all off Remi has a secret about their 3 night stand their freshman year.
Filthy English is well written and the characters are believable. The passion and tension between Remi and Dax is off the charts HOT! The characters were real and Madden-Mills keeps the reader engaged and interested.
I wanted more from the rivalry between Dax and Hartford but that didn't take away from the story one bit.
I will definitely be reading more from ILSA Madden-Mills.
ARC provided for an honest review.
